2025 Annual Meeting

Join us for our Annual Meeting on Friday, December 5, 2025!

The meeting takes place at the Bentley Fellowship Hall on the MHU campus in Mars Hill beginning at 5:30 p.m. Bentley Fellowship Hall is located at 265 Cascade St, Mars Hill, NC 28754.

We’ll hear from our Chamber of Commerce President as well as our Operations Manager. Find out about all the events that happened in 2025 and learn about our plans for 2026.

Additionally, we’ll officially vote in our Slate of Nominees to begin their January 2026 term.

Only Chamber Members in Good Standing may attend.

The meeting will be catered by Vaste Riviere and includes Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Vinegar Coleslaw, Roasted Green Beans, Collards, Mac N’ Cheese, Rolls, and BBQ Sauces. There is no cost for the meal. Every Chamber Member is allowed to have one representative and one guest attend.
