Upper Laurel Community Organization Inc.

Operates the Ebbs Chapel Community Center, a multi-purpose facility serving as a Performing Arts Center and hosting limited-size conferences, festivals, weddings, educational programs, and other special events. The center also supports the community through services such as a Food Pantry, Clothes Closet, Exercise Room, Senior Meal Site, a variety of rental spaces, and the home of the Outland Family Clinic.
