To qualify for Weatherization services, households must show annual income at or below 200% of the poverty line.
Currently, there are nine jobs that are actively being worked on in Madison County and only four more jobs on the wait list, so it’s a very good time to get applications in for these services. $6,500/home spent on average to air seal, insulate, reduce heat loss, etc. Services can include replacement of faulty or non-functioning furnaces.
