Stony Woods Estate (designed by landscape architect Dennis turner) once fully complete, will include two separate, but complementary businesses – the Treesort, and the Villa at Stony Woods Estate.
The Villa at Stony Woods Estate, which is currently available for rent, is a five bedroom, three-bath, fully furnished luxury home and event center. The Villa offers a variety of packages suited to private/household and corporate clients, who can select the level of service that best meets their needs.
As an event center, the Villa will offer one primary meeting space of approximately 500 square feet, plus additional gathering spaces within the home that can be purposed for bridal suites, group break-out sessions, and smaller meetings.
For events hosted at the Villa, a dedicated host/hostess will be on-site to help facilitate each event, including accepting deliveries, directing vendors, and making the building and property accessible before and after the event. Stony Woods Estate is proud to support local businesses through partnerships, referrals, and hosted events.
A unique partnership has been created with Treesort (treehouse cabins) which will be available for rent, subject to availability. The Treesort at Stony Woods Estate will provide its guests with beautiful, relaxing outdoor setting for short-term visits. The Treesort will feature six differently themed private treehouses, each situated or nestled among the trees. Guests will appreciate daily breakfast, coordinated meal delivery, optional community activities on the property, social areas, and concierge service for locating and booking area activities.
Stony Woods Estate is located in Marshall, NC, within easy driving distance to Asheville attractions, as well as area activities such as whitewater rafting, tubing, fishing, horseback riding, skiing, and hiking.
