Fermenti was awarded the 2019 Asheville Food Fan Award for “Best Food Maker Of The Year!”
The Asheville Food Fan Awards, co-organized by Stu Helm (The Food Fan), took place at the Asheville Masonic Temple on January 27, 2020. Local culinary artisans, chefs, and other makers were recognized in a host of wide-ranging categories.
The winners, picked by Helm, took home awards for everything from Best Pickled and Fermented Thing to Best New Restaurant of the year.
